About Us:
We are a well-established internal medicine practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. We are currently expanding our team to include mental health services and are seeking a skilled and compassionate adult psychiatrist to join our collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Position Overview:
The psychiatrist will work closely with our internal medicine providers to deliver integrated mental health care to adult patients. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ overall health and well-being. WE CAN SPONSOR VISA. Responsibilities:
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide medication management and supportive therapy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
• MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Psychiatry
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in  Texas
• DEA certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to integrated, team-based care
